Return Request Window

Eligible return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible, an item must be:

• Unworn, unused, unaltered, and free of signs of wear
• Returned in the same condition in which it was received
• Returned with original packaging, tags, certificates, cards, accessories, and included items
• Approved by A&K Luxury Metals before being shipped back

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless required by applicable law:

• Made-to-order or special-order items
• Personalized, engraved, resized, altered, or modified items
• Earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless defective or incorrect
• Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
• Items showing wear, damage, alteration, or use after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging, certificates, tags, or accessories when applicable

How to Request a Return

Email contact@akluxurymetals.com with:
• Your order number
• The item you wish to return or exchange
• The reason for your request
• Photos of the item if requested

Do not send an item back without written return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged in transit, or otherwise approved by A&K Luxury Metals as an error on our part. For higher-value returns, we may require a specific carrier, insurance level, and signature confirmation. Customers are responsible for ensuring that an authorized return arrives safely.

Refunds

After an authorized return is delivered and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged.]

Exchanges and Store Credit

Eligible exchanges and store credit may be available after the returned item is received and approved. Store credit is issued in USD and may be subject to the terms provided at the time of issuance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item or an item damaged during transit, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery at contact@akluxurymetals.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
